CHORDATA
Examples: Fish, birds, reptiles, mammals, and amphibians
The chordates are the most successful out of all the animal groups in the world. The reason for why they are successful is because they can be found in all parts throughout the world. Some main animals that are part of the chordata phylum are lizards, birds, and amphibians. Their circulatory system is well developed meaning they have all the neccesities they need to recieve the nutrients, blood, gasses, and the air they need. They have hearts and lungs. One certain thing that makes them different is the areas they live on earth. The phylum Chordata also has three subphyla called the Tunicates, Cephalocharata, and the Craniata. All Chrodata have a flexible body, a hollow nerve cord, an area that produces mucus also called an endostyle, and a post-anal tail which are all produced at sometime throughout their life as an embryo and on.

CIRCULATORY SYSTEM
As stated before all the chordates have a dorsal hollow nerve tube, an area that produces mucus also called endostyle, and a post-anal tail which are all produced at sometime throughout their life as an embryo and on. Amphibians are all cold blooded and all have to visit water so they can survive. Amphibians have a three-chambered heart. They have two lungs for breathing. Breathing is also helped by the lining of the mouth and from the skin. The nutrition that they do not need is then excreted (pooped) by the help of two kidneys. Fishes have a two chambered heart and birds have a double circulatory system meaning they have veins and arteries. Crocodilia have a four chambered heart but there are time when other reptiles have a three chambered heart to help out with getting oxygen, nutrients, and blood.
